Progressive
Quality Solutions is a U.S. based company located in Alexandria,
Virginia that offers a full range of consulting services and
specializes in assisting companies to develop and implement quality,
process improvement and IT service management systems in any
business environment at a reasonable and affordable cost.
The
founder and Principal Consultant of Progressive Quality Solutions,
Manny Garcia, has over 15 years of experience within manufacturing,
hi-tech and service management business arenas. Mr.
Garcia has served as Senior Staff Associate of Quality Programs and Oil and Gas
Measurement Standards Manager for the American Petroleum Institute
and is currently the Director of Mission Assurance for Northrop
Grumman Corporation
Mr. Garcia is a Six Sigma Black
Belt and is also certified with the International Registrar of
Certified Auditors (IRCA), Certificate #1306976. He
is a current chapter member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ),
ASQ Quality Audit Division; the American Society of Testing and
Materials (ASTM) D2.02 Petroleum Committee; and Information
Technology Service Management Forum (ITSMF).
Mr. Garcia
holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science (MS) in
Technology Management and Quality Systems from the University of
Maryland.
